Fabulous mid-century modern home in Statesboro! Home of the Georgia Southern University Eagles! We are a quick 1-hour trip to historic Savannah, 1 1/2 hours to Tybee Island, and 1-hour 25-minutes to Augusta (The Masters).
This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath ranch style home is just minutes from downtown but nestled on a gorgeous tree-lined property to give you total privacy. A privacy fence has recently been installed across the rear of the property to give even more privacy.
Armed with an ADT alarm system to make you feel safe and secure.
Well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, tile floors, and granite countertops, with breakfast nook.
Stunning, updated spa-like bathrooms with white subway tile showers. The second bath has a new cast iron tub.
Original hardwood floors. New, luxury mattresses and fresh white linens in each bedroom. The king, queen, and twin beds offer room for 6 guests.
Enjoy reading a book and morning cup of coffee in the library/office or get work done at the fully equipped desk complete with a fax-copy machine and wi-fi.
The dining room has plenty of room for a family dinner at a vintage table that comfortably seats 8. Large picture window overlooks the front lawn.
The cozy, but spacious family den will take you back in time with its chic wood panel walls and stone floor. You will love relaxing and watching a little TV on the over-sized sectional couch or enjoying the view of the garden and pool area. An antique, wooden table finishes the room and is a perfect spot to play a game of cards or a competitive family board-game night! (We offer several game and activity options for adults and children!
French doors open up into the pool room that offers a second couch and tv, a half bath, a sink area equipped with outdoor dishes, cups, and utensils, and a 2nd coffee maker and refrigerator for cold drinks and snacks to enjoy by the pool. There is an adorable pool/grill house where you will find all sorts of pool toys and other outdoor items.
The laundry area is located in the half-bath, with a washer and dryer. We provide beach towels for the pool.
There are just too many amenities to list, but be assured we have left no stone unturned to make sure your stay is perfect! Even a few special surprises await you upon arrival.
NO PETS, NO EVENTS, NO SMOKING!
No more than 10 people on the property at a time, or 6 overnight guests. This is our family home and we want you to feel at home, but also treat it like you would your own.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this home. They had all the amenities of home. My granddaughter loved the pool and had a blast playing with the toys that were available. All the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was were stocked with everything we need to cook and grill out. The location was perfect! We were in town for baseball games at Southern and the field was just a couple of miles down the road. We will keep this home in mind for future visits.
