A newly built, modern, spacious dream house that is perfectly situated in beautiful Cedar City, in Southern Utah, which is home to the Shakespeare Festival and Utah Summer Games. This home has a lovely front courtyard for privacy and a stunning enclosed, private backyard with a pool. Pool closed Oct-May.
You have gorgeous views from floor-to-ceiling living room windows. This house has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 2 living rooms. It offers 2 balconies that overlook 3 Peaks Recreational Area and Cedar Mountains. It offers a large kitchen with plenty of counter space. Sit back and relax in the private enclosed backyard and enjoy swimming in the pool. In the evening you can sit poolside by the gas fire pit while looking up at a clear unfiltered night sky, perfect for stargazing. This private enclosed backyard has covered outdoor areas, one over the Master Bedroom and one over the BBQ area. The additional backyard, outside the enclosed backyard Pool area, offers a sprawling 2,800sq' natural lawn spacious enough for family games.
This is a quiet, safe neighborhood and friendly. Summary: We stayed here to go to St George and Zion. Home is great overall. Beautiful views and not to far from Ceder City. A few observations: pool is lovely but needs a cover to keep out debris and heat in. One downstairs bedroom is all black walls has super older futon mattress needs to be updated with a bed. Super cool music room! Not a good bedroom. Some of the heat vents don’t put out heat for some reason when open and others have a lot coming out. Seems like a blocked air vent somewhere. Just small little things, but a great house overall!

Summary: We loved our stay! The house is spacious, clean, well-appointed, and beautiful. The kitchen is great for chefs. We used the outdoor grill/smoker and thoroughly enjoyed the pool. It was a wonderful location with 15 minute access to the Utah Shakespeare Festival and restaurants in Cedar City. We will definitely return!

Summary: The house was extremely comfortable with a great energy. We felt right at home. The house was very clean and inviting. P.s. the sauna was a huge bonus.

Summary: The home was nice, comfortable, and we pretty much enjoyed it until after when I was charged extra. The items they charged me for were (1) not our doing (2) normal wear and tear. I would suggest you video the home prior to leaving so you are not charged for damages that you did not do. Also, owner checks cameras to see if you broke any rules. There are not enough bath towels and the ones provided are very small, so bring your own. There are not enough cups/plates, so bring your own. We had to go buy papertowels and there were not extra garbage sacks. The carpets are almost white, so beware. We had a spot on the master carpet that we cleaned up but the owner still charged me since the carpet was wet. We were also charged for a dog potty accident, even though I paid the extra pet fee, which should cover something like that. I would not stay here again, nor would I refer this home, because the owner is unrealistic about owning a VRBO and the wear and tear that it brings.

Summary: My older kids had a mountain bike race at 3 Peaks. The location of this property couldn’t have been better for us. It is right down the street. This house has a great outdoor space to eat, swim and play and lots of large spaces to gather and hang out inside. Really a great house! The only drawback for me personally was the pool did not have a cover or a way to keep young kids out. It caused me some stress with my almost 2 year old while we stayed there.
