Summary: We would rent this home again. The floor plan is ideal for those who want to stay up late visiting and those who want to turn in early. We gathered around a large dining room table for Thanksgiving, comfortably watched TV on a comfortable large sectional and spent evenings around the fire pit (broken outdoor chairs made it a little difficult). We were unable to use the SPA or coffee maker.

Summary: House was overall nice and very spacious. Fire pit in the back was great. Hot tub was not in working order when we arrived. It looked like it hadn’t been used for awhile. We did have a problem with one of the showers when it stopped working on the second day. We also had a problem with ants in the master bedroom on the last night. Let the owner know and he said it would be looked into. If problems were fixed, would stay there again when in the Pasadena area.

Summary: This house was a huge house for my family and I to stay for 4 days and 3 nights. The only hiccup we had was the AC going out but Lena and Maher was very quick to fix the issue asap and provided fans in the mean time while we waited which helped tremendously. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely return when coming back to Pasadena.

Summary: We were attending a Celebration of Life at the always wonderful Descanso Gardens a few miles up the road so the location was ideal. Lots of space inside and out on a beautiful shady lot. The outdoor furniture is due for some new cushions and some replacements but considering how many seating options there are throughout the house this was a minor issue. Highly recommended

Summary: This was a wonderful place to stay with my dog for my mother's funeral. It was quiet, clean, and plenty of outdoor space for my blue heeler to run around and explore. I would love to stay here again when the weather is nicer to take advantage of the outdoor space. The house is extremely roomy with lots of space for a large group. The only glitch was when I arrived there was someone at the house doing laundry. This was a bit uncomfortable, however, the manager came quickly and remedied the situation, even refunding a bit of the cost, which was very nice!

Summary: The inside of the house was amazing: spacious, clean, well stocked kitchen and a beautiful location. We walked around the neighborhood and found some trails to explore in the hills above. Neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. We had some issues but Lena, property manager, was quick to respond. The backyard has an amazing view and a beautiful fire pit which we used the first night. Outdoor furniture could use new cushions as several were ripped. Overall, we enjoyed the house and appreciated all the bedrooms, a kitchen we could prepare meals in and a big table for dining and games.

Summary: Our immediate friends/family stayed with us at this property on the eve of our wedding day. This property was amazing! Overall, everything was fantastic and the host was overwhelmingly accommodating. The listing can be a little misleading on what is available, allowed, and not allowed. Through all of the miscommunications, the host was very understanding and helpful. Would 100% stay here again. There was one less bed than showed in photos, which was a concern because one guest was stuck on the couch, but the backyard, kitchen, home overall, and location was stunning for the price. The house was much larger than originally anticipated as well, so that was a huge plus. Thank you so much for being a wonderful host!
