Quiet and private setting with outdoor charcoal grill and Adirondack seating. There is also a large flat grassed outdoor area for games - badminton, corn hole etc.
The house has an eat in kitchen, but also a formal dining room for those special occasions. The kitchen is loaded with all your needed kitchen assessors - Keurig and drip coffee maker, crockpot, hand mixer, grilling utensils, George Forman grill, waffle maker, complete spice rack, ice cream maker, and more. The kitchen cookware is professional grade stainless steel.

Summary: The pictures don't do it justice. It's so much larger than it looks in the pictures. Anything you want is only 10 minutes away or less. My daughter, adult grandchildren and great-grands all live close to Covington. The grounds are beautiful with a lot of old growth that sheilds you from your neighbors. We hope to be back.
