Summary: Monica hat und freundlich empfangen und rasch das Haus gezeigt. Bei Problemen war sie erreichbar und schnell vor Ort. Das Haus entspricht im Großen und Ganzen der Beschreibung jedoch stimmt nicht alles überein. Es gibt kein 2. Waschbecken und kein weiteres Gäste Wc. Es fehlte die Aussendusche, die Schaukel und eine Stereoanlage gab es auch nicht. Die Fotos sind älter. Die Olivenbäume sind nun prächtig gewachsen und der Pool hat ringsum gelbe Ränder von Sonnenmilchresten bekommen, dafür hat Monica sich entschuldigt. Der Pool war sonst sauber und ausreichend groß. Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich aber durch die dunklen Möbel, Decken und Böden sehr dunkel. Auf den Bildern wirkt es deutlich heller. Das Klima im Haus ist gut. In den Betten konnten wir gut schlafen. Es gab ausreichend Stauraum und Handtücher. In der Küche fehlte mir Thermoskanne, Nudelholz, Schälmesser und Handrührgerät. Der Stabmixer hat ein schlecht isoliertes kaputtes Kabel und sollte ausgetauscht werden ansonsten sehr sauber und praktisch ausgestattet. Im unteren Bädchen sind stellenweise schwarze Flecken in den Fugen und die Duschamatur und die Vorhangstange nicht sehr fest. Kabel aus der Wand sind nicht schön. Aber auch hier bis auf die Flecken ist es sauber. Die Poolliegen sind ok und die 2 Sonnenschirme mit hin und her schieben ausreichend. Die Sitzmöbel unter dem Baldachin sind etwas unbequem auf Dauer. Die „Geräuschumgebung“ ist Straßenlärm der teilweise doch störend war. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine alles einwandfrei. Für eine Woche mit unseren 10 und 13 jährigen Töchtern war es gut, aber ich würde es für diesen Preis nicht nochmal buchen.
