This newly renovated, modern home offers three huge and tastefully furnished master Bedrooms and one smaller room with two single beds. When you walk into the home you will quickly notice the stylish modern accents incorporated in the interior design. The large living room offers a huge & classy entertaining space which opens up to the large kitchen. From the Kitchen you can access the screened patio which is perfect for grilling and playing games by the pool. The outdoor furniture provide a great atmosphere for a glass of wine by the pool during sunset.

Summary: Everything was nice. The only issue was with some sugar ants in the kitchen. We just kept everything in the fridge.

Summary: Bathroom door to close off the toilet and tub was broken, couldn't close. Small bugs like ghost ants all over the kitchen, bathrooms and some bedrooms. Did message owner, nothing was done. Refrigerator in kitchen wasn't cold enough per standards, nothing would stay cold or freeze, was only at 46 degree, should have been at 33 degrees. Messaged owner and nothing was done. Bedrooms ceiling light/fans remote, only 2 out of the 4 worked. Only because we keep swapping out batteries. Looked like the kitchen are was recently remodel, but boards under the large window by the kitchen table was rotted out. Tons of bugs coming in there.

Summary: House was very roomy and clean. There were a few issues such as pictures depicted a fire pit and sitting area. It had one but not as pictures showed. We had issues with shower head in bathroom. Manager was very responsive when told but it was never fixed during our stay. We had to keep a rag tied around it to keep from flooding bath.

Summary: 1. First, this is NOT a whole house rental. The garage is rented to two sketchy males who came and went a lot including through the backyard and disrupted our privacy.2. House was not maintained: broken pocket door on bathroom, boarded up skylight, broken coffee maker (we bought one) non functional pool cues, non working shower in hall bathroom (sprayed all over bathroom), broken blinds and dead TV remote.3. House smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke. When I came home all our clothes smelled like cigarettes.3. Location is not good. A drive from basic grocery stores and not close to beach. 4. Arranged early check-in and the code was incorrect twice.5. 10 am in an insanely early checkout time for a house Would never rent again from VRBO2. Faint cigarette / nicotine smell in back of house.

Summary: The house was very clean, came with all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and the property is very big and spacious! We had a bbq by the amazing pool for Mother’s Day and it was one of the best mothers days that we have ever celebrated! Everything was smooth from check-in to check out! I would definitely book again and recommend to all my family and friends.
