Beautifully recently renovated home with a very relaxing family room with a wood fireplace. Family room has a 58” flatscreen tv with a Bose surround sound system. Also on that floor is a half bath and a kitchenette. The main floor is very open and spacious containing a comfortable living room, dining room and kitchen with bar stool chairs. Dining room opens out to the four season porch with a beautiful view of the very large back yard with a koi pond. The porch allows access to a very large deck with a sunken hot tub. The top floor contains 3 comfortable bedrooms with the master bathroom with a walk in shower. The house is air conditioned throughout with an on demand hot water system. We have very high speed internet/WiFi throughout the house.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at this property. Everything was clean, well organized, and they went the extra mile to leave tip/advice cards all around the house to help improve our experience. What thoughtful hosts! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The check in/check out process was smooth. We will certainly return to this property. Also, the property is super close to union station and the downtown area. Just an all around wonderful experience!

Summary: This was the first time going up to the New England area for vacation. This place was was amazing. Highly recommend stay here. The hosts Bob and Nancy were wonderful to communicate with and we loved the very detail document that helped us navigate every part of the house and the things happening in locate area. We ended up traveling a lot to visit other areas in Connecticut and Massachusetts. It was our hub to explore the New England area and enjoy all the history. This location made everything so drivable and were able to do multiple day trips all under 2 and a half hours. But every time we got home from an outing the property made us feel at home and the we enjoyed the hot daily soak in the hot tub to relax after a long day of activities. We came home with so many happy memories. Our kids said this was their best vacation ever.

Summary: Better than the photos. Super clean and everything needed for a family outing. We cooked a lot during our week stay. BBQ is perfect. Jacuzzi is a bonus. We didn’t want to leave. Bob communicated extremely well. We will be back!!!
