Summary: We were in Brooksville for local dog shows. Lisa was wonderful to work with and was very helpful with any questions we had. The property was perfect with a huge fenced yard for our pups! The neighbors were delightful with the horses and we enjoyed feeding them. The house was clean and comfortable. We will surely be back next year!!

Summary: Comfortable and serene. Beautiful grounds, older home but well appointed. Only one tv and a few items in description wrong. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon.

Summary: Very cozy little property located in a tranquil area. Loved being able to wake up to hearing the horses, donkeys and cows nearby. Great preserve in the back of the property to hike. Will come back in the future!!

Summary: We stayed here over the Fourth of July weekend in hopes of getting away from all of the fireworks (for our dog's sake). It was definitely quieter than our hometown neighborhood. We loved being out in the country! The house was clean and well stocked. The a/c worked great!

Summary: We really enjoyed staying in the rental. It was a nice relaxing time. Especially enjoyed the hiking trail behind the property. Hope we can return soon!

Summary: Had a great stay here this week. The house had everything we needed and the fenced in 5 acres were perfect for the two dogs. We enjoyed walking in the wildlife area that's just out the back gate. Saw a couple bunnies and a dozen or so deer on our final walk. We were also visited late at night by several deer that quietly jumped into the backyard while we were stargazing. We definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if we plan another trip to this area

Summary: We spent the month of March here and really hated to leave. The house is roomy and well stocked. The 4 acre lot is fully fenced and gated so your dog can safely explore. But the best thing about this property is the location. It is situated near the end of a dead end road, so there is no through traffic. All of the neighbors are also situated on large lots, so there are no houses close by. Everybody in the area seems to have a horse or two. The owner is very friendly and accommodating, and she lives just a few minutes away in case you need anything. Check in and check out were very easy. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Summary: The serene property on 4+ fenced acres is in a rural area with access to hiking trails. An ideal place to recharge and let pets enjoy. Sandhill Cranes are frequent visitors. The house hadeverything we needed. The host was communicative and friendly. We look forward to another stay!
