Summary: Property was immaculate. All the bells and whistles. Pool was great for the kids. The outdoor lanai and sitting area was perfect to wind down after a long day. Living space was huge. The home has one TV in the whole house which was great for our family who has TVs in every room. It forced the kids to play outside or with games. Beside the kitchen was a chess table which my children LOVED! They spent many a nights challenging each other. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The owner was super attentive to anything we needed and would respond within minutes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone for any length of stay. We stayed for two months!

Summary: The property was amazing. Exactly like the pictures. Beautiful and very clean home. They thought of everything including pool toys and wonderful restaurant suggestions. Very quiet and safe community. Can’t wait to stay again. One of the best VRBO we have stayed at.

Summary: My sister & I (and our 3 teens) are Disney fanatics and with COVID masks an UN-Magical aspect of going to see Mickey, we decided to see what else Florida had to offer this year. What a blessing to find Sam's beautiful home in Port Orange, FL. We laid low all week long in the pool with going out to local eateries each night like Aunt Catfish's, Boondock's, La Fiesta, Culverts and even the restaurant in the neighorhood that is a hidden gem! Sam really makes this a vacation getaway for you because you only have to bring your clothes. The house is equipped with EVERYTHING you need which other rental houses usually don't provide like soap, TP, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. The only thing missing were beach towels (unless they were hidden really well LOL). The house was SUPER clean, spacious and the WIFI was strong which is important with 3 teens! We felt super safe in the neighborhood. It was quiet, very secure and the neighbors friendly. It was hard to leave! Most owners don't let you use their garage, but Sam allows you to and that was such a benefit with loading and unloading and keeping our beach gear safe and sound during the week. Thanks for that! So, if Sam will have us, we will be back for our Non-Disney Florida Trips :-) FYI for future guests: Sam will answer ALL questions in a timely manner and provides great suggestions, too! Thanks Sam!!! Also, bring your own beach towels. The coffee maker is a normal Mr. Coffee and not a Keurig, and there is only one TV in the house which we were OK with since everyone has their own device to watch their shows on when needed. The mattresses in the master bedroom and in the back other bedroom with the Queen are VERY hard so be aware you may have a little back pain if used to softer mattresses. LOL Thanks again Sam!!!!

Summary: Often times the reality of a rental property don't quite live up to the photos, but this is DEFINITELY NOT one of those times. Every inch, every aspect of this home is as breath-taking as the photos. Located in a beautiful, quiet gated community makes it feel like a sanctuary. Pretty much everything you need is provided for you - making meal time easy and allowing you to really enjoy yourself away from the beach. We all LOVED the house (the pool is SO NICE and was a big hit!) Any communication with the owner was met with prompt and courteous response (not that there were any issues). We absolutely LOVED staying here and hate to have to leave. Would DEFINITELY recommend this rental and DEFINITELY plan on returning for another stay in the future! ❤

Summary: Sam's house was extremely clean and very comfortable. Everything you could need in a vacation rental was there. Pool was perfect. Traveled with my wife, our 2 kids and her parents and there was plenty of room for us all Located right on the 18th fairway, so it was convenient to golf as well. Sam does a great job in staying in communication with you during your stay. Would highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Summary: We had a great time vacationing in Sam’s rental. This was the cleanest vacation rental I have ever had-it was spotless. Furnishings are very comfortable and the pool is perfect. Kitchen is well stocked and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies including bath items. Was nice and private but beach was only a short drive away. I will definitely stay here again!!!
