Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at this farmhouse! It was so well equipped, with lots of room for our big group. Great location, about 20 mins from Charlottetown and we enjoyed Ross Lane Beach which was quieter than Brackley! Beds were comfortable and the house was clean for our arrival. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Clean and tidy rental with the historical charm we were looking for and close enough to all the places we like to visit when on the island. Excellent space and would recommend to all who are looking for a charming place to stay!

Summary: Central location and plenty of space for family. Everything you need is available. CONS Mold in the basement. Very concerning. Shower pressure on second floor was terrible. Water from fridge had partials floating around so we didn’t drink that. Had to fix a toilet chain on main floor. Lot of mosquitoes so a screened area would have been nice. We enjoyed our stay but would not book this home again.

Summary: Love this location. Very clean lots of room for our group of ten. Next year might book again depending on who is the entertainers at the concert. Great house for a large group.

Summary: We had planned to visit PEI just before COVID struck and everyone went into lockdown. As a group of retired women, we sought a house with sufficient space and bathrooms for our week away. The house was perfect - we ate breakfast their and cooked our dinners there. The airport is very close for pickup and drop off. We chose golf courses all over the island so we experienced quite a bit along with our touring day and dinner in Charlottetown. I recommend this house for families or groups of friends and Dean was awesome to deal with.

Summary: We loved staying in this restored farmhouse. It was a great place to relax and have some family time while also being a great home base for exploring the island.

Summary: Amazing! The online pictures do not do this house justice. The decor and modern furniture are so beautiful in person. Whoever did the decorating has a lovely eye! Bedrooms all had super cozy quilts, bedside rugs and the beds were very comfortable. We had more then enough room with 4 kids and 4 adults. The property is incredible, we only wish we could have used the outside more. The mosquitoes were craaaaazy day and night so sadly we were only able to eat outside once on the cute patio. The house had everything we needed - even including extras like beach umbrellas, yoga mats, coolers and ice packs. Fridge has a water filter and ice maker and there is also an extra beer/wine fridge. Note that the garbage collector comes early evening, not the morning after you put the garbage out. He showed up at 5pm the night we were supposed to take it out so we didn’t have a chance to put it outside unfortunately. I am very sensitive to fragrances so was very pleased they had washed the towels in scent free detergent before our stay. Beach towels and sheets were scented but we just gave them a wash before using. I miss PEI already. The house is centrally located within an easy drive to Charlottetown and Cavendish. Brackley beach was delightful! New Glasgow Lobster Supper and Blue Mussel Cafe are a must!
