Fantastic location with all modern cons. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms one for the adults with stunning views, a four poster indian style bed which leads out onto the pool terrace and views to die for . Heavenly sunrises for those who like to get up early. Meanwhile the second bedroom has funkbeds with a corner office and internet/TV/DVD, kids/teenagers room, say no more. We have 2 boys so total understanding for kid control here. There is a circular themed lounge leading on to the mad hatters dining room and then kitchen with separate utility which has a washing machine,iron and ironing board etc.....The kitchen has an outside door which leads onto a patio with table and chairs ideal for breakfast time. Breathtaking views and a fabulous way to spend the lazy holiday mornings Leading from the lounge there is a huge wet room with an awesome shower, plenty of space to fit all the family in esp after a days canoeing.
Upstairs is Bollywood. A circular ensuite bedroom again views views views, its a WOW room everyone who pops their heads in goes WOW. Its simple, bright and comforable but funky. Lie down on the circular bed or poufs and look at the river and gorge, relax, read or enjoy a hot bath surrounded by candles.
Outside is the salt water swimming pool 12x4 with bbq/kitchen and outdoor toilet. Our own wood is behind the house, all safe for the kids to have treasure hunts and an adventure. Over the small road is access to the river Aveyron you can do some fishing, swimming whatever you like . Please be aware use of this area is solely under your responsibility.
There is central heating in the house as well as a log fire for those who would like to spend a winters holiday here. Christmas with all the local markets is wonderful and a visit to Toulouse is the icing on the cake to give you that christmas feel.
St Antonin Noble Val is a short walk and a really special town. Just voted in France's top three towns to live in and visit, it is an ancient medieval city of about 1000 people with outstanding architecture and narrow cobbled streets. In summer it is bustling with entertainment and street cafes, and there are a dozen good places to eat ranging from tapas on the river to fine dining in a Michelin recommended restaurant. There is every kind of shop, including artisan and crafts, delicatessen, art galleries etc. There is one large and one small supermarket.

Summary: We had a fantastic week in Saint Antonin Noble Val. The communication with Kimberley was great from start to finish and she recommended some little villages to explore. The villa, which is clean and beautifully decorated, is in a stunning location, and we thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast looking out over the river and listening to the birds and frogs. We spent time every day at the pool, which is well equipped with comfortable loungers, seating and shade and the pool was warm enough even at the beginning of June. Saint Antonin Noble Val is a pretty little town, and we enjoyed having drinks with the locals in the small cafes. All in all, a very enjoyable week.

Summary: Had a cracking week here. Property is perfectly located, near enough to wander into the town, far enough away to chill and relax in tranquil surroundings. Summary: Having been to and explored the area over 10 years ago, we wanted to return to St Antonin-Noble-Val for a relaxing, 'chill-out' week. This gite fitted the bill perfectly. It is located on a quiet road with beautiful views over the river valley and is only an 8-10 minute easy walk away from the village. We found ourselves walking to the village most days. It has a wide range of places to eat and the walks along the l'Aveyron valley were delightful. The gite is quite special; it is furnished in a fun and wacky way. It lacks for nothing with excellent facilities throughout. It was very clean and beautifully presented. The rooms were spacious and the bed we slept in was very comfortable. Outside the pool was a really good size and the decking around it provided excellent places to sit and relax whilst admiring the spectacular views and sipping wine. The owners Kim & Andy were great - attentive without being intrusive - a pleasure to meet them. It was a great break at the lovely gite and we returned to the UK fully refreshed and relaxed.

Summary: This is a whackily stylish Gite is well located for easy walking access to St. Antonin. It is comfortable and has pretty much everything you might need. The area has plenty of interesting places and things to do and after a hard day's sightseeing you can take a dip in the lovely pool. We met with Kim a couple of times. She positively fizzes with the creative energy that is represented in the gite. We had a warm welcome and Kim or her partner were always available if needed. All in all a great stay and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

Summary: We had a brilliant family holiday in this gorgeous holiday house. Very friendly and helpful hosts. The view is spectacular and the pool was fantastic - much larger than we expected. Really beautiful spot just a short distance from the town. The Sunday market was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Summary: Kim and Andy went above and beyond to present their newly renovated property to us and the initial show round was a WOW! Very tastefully dressed with a very 'funky' feel. We knew instantly we would be happy there. A real plus was the large pool that we spent most of our holiday in. With views overlooking the mountain side and sunny position for most of the day, it was a real plus. Having an outside kitchen close to the pool made daytime refreshments easy to manage. Even with some small teething problems they were both on it immediately and sorted out. The village although quiet, was very typically French and beautiful in its architecture. The market there is renowned locally so gets very busy but was a great day out. We cannot recommend this holiday villa more highly.
