Summary: The house was great! Managers worked with us in a small lost phone event after checkout and we can’t thank them enough! Beds and pillows are so comfortable!!

Summary: Advertised with a nice media room in the basement. Which was true, but the remote to control everything was missing, some completely useless to us. Also, the dishwasher wasnt connected to the water supply, so also useless. All bedrooms are upstairs, which isnt great if you have seniors with your party. The partbthats missing is handrails for the stairs. It can be dangerous for seniors.

Summary: We were all totally delighted with this house. Plenty of room and a mile away from anything you would need. The entertainment room was awesome. Really nice neighborhood.

Summary: Overall our stay was good. There were a few things I would have changed. We found some dog food on the kitchen floor. I just picked it up and threw it away. There were some light bulbs out. One recliner in the theatre room is not working correctly. The front door was very hard to lock. We had to go lock it from the inside and go through the garage. The microwave was not workable, but a new one was in a box. We did not get it out of the box. I really thought maybe it would have been out of the box. These were not deal breakers. Communication was good. Anything that needed addressed was taken care of.

Summary: House was spacious, clean and well decorated. Large TVs great for relaxing. Beds were comfortable and generous pillows. Lots of room to spread out. Large yard (although we didn't use it much). Quiet neighborhood, yet close to shopping and highways. Was easy for us to get around the O'Fallon and surrounding areas. Great Stay.
