Spectacular Custom home only 15 minutes from Churchill Downs- and Valhalla Golf Course perfect for entertaining before and after the events. Also, Located near expressway and shopping. Main house offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Plus, there is a bonus attached in-law suite with kitchen, bathroom and another master bedroom.
Inside the main house, the spacious kitchen is a chefs delight & features granite, custom cabinets & hearth room. The OUTDOOR Patio is phenomenal & includes stamped concrete, huge grill, refrigerator, ice box, cutting board, trash chute, & beautiful stone fireplace and a hot tub.
The huge Great Room w/ soaring ceilings are breath taking especially from the Juliette Balcony! The lower level is huge w/ an enormous TV area, pull out couch and full bathroom.
Plenty of room for several couples to enjoy!

Summary: We had a corporate group stay at this property and would highly recommend it. The home was lovely and spacious; and it was the perfect location for our needs. It made the trip a very enjoyable experience, allowing our group to "come home" and spend time together! Carol, the owner, was very helpful and provided excellent communication as well. We would definitely book this location again for our future events.

Summary: Great place to set up base of operations for your trip to Louisville. The owners are fantastic to deal with and their home is beautiful. Only wish we had more time to spend at the house. We booked so many activities, we missed out on using all of the wonderful amenities!
