Summary: Awesome property. Clean and has all of the amenities you need. Great view of the lake and the beachfront location is outstanding. Being down at the end of a dead end road provides a lot of privacy. Fit our stay of 4 adults and 2 kids perfectly. Host was very attentive and communicated quickly. No issues at all, would stay here again.

Summary: We took full advantage of the many fun things to do in the area but loved sitting by the water each night watching stunning sunsets over the bay. This property is close enough to Petoskey, Charlevoix, Harbor Springs and even Sleeping Bear Dunes to take advantage of day excursions but far enough off the beaten path to enjoy peace, serenity and beautiful nature.

Summary: Such a lovely setting. We loved the lake view and the sound of the lapping waves! We found lots of Petoskey stones on the beach. The house was very comfortably appointed. The outdoor shed was a great place to store our bikes. We would love to return here.

Summary: My husband, son and daughter-in-law once again enjoyed our stay on Nine Mile Point Drive. Our family has vacationed in Petoskey/Charlevoix for generations and we never tire of the beauty of Little Traverse Bay and all the area has to offer. This year, my 41 year old son who has been hunting Petoskey stones since he was 5, found the biggest one we have ever seen!

Summary: A-Frames have always appealed to me and this gem did not disappoint! Very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The cottage makes great use of space and was perfect for 4 adults and 2 teen boys. The view is gorgeous! We made many meals in the well equipped kitchen and enjoyed the deck and beach. We were able to have several fires on the beach watching the glorious sunsets! We stayed over the 4th, another house in the association shot off fireworks on the beach and we could see Harbor Springs’ display across the lake. The location is just perfect! We rented a pontoon from Tommy’s on Walloon Lake, spent several days at Petoskey State Park beach, hit a Farmers Market in Harbor Springs, drove all around Lake Charlevoix! Enjoyed a great meal at the The Landing, ice cream at the Dairy Grill and at Murdick’s later in the week. We visited a few of the wineries. The Spare Key is very close and my favorite. Great fresh cherry stand down the road. The lavender farm nearby was a nice visit too. We also made plenty of time for playing board games, riding bikes, fishing, playing in the beautiful Bay just down the steps from the cottage and had so much fun Petoskey stone hunting! Cheryl made everything so easy and provided so many nice comforts for our arrival. Comfortable beds, nice hot showers. We had a wonderful week, would highly recommend this great place and we do hope to come back! Thank you for sharing your cottage with us!

Summary: We loved our time at this house in Charlevoix. Everything presented in the listing provided an accurate overview of this property. I especially loved all the little touches of the local pottery and art throughout the house! The view was incredible, the lake access couldn't be beat, and it felt incredibly private, quiet and was a perfect retreat for rest and relaxation. Even though it rained and was cold the majority of our time there, we still enjoyed this cozy little house, our view of Lake Michigan, and the care and consideration taken by the owner in creating a nice little retreat. Highly recommend!

Summary: This was our second trip to this property; it is a perfect lakefront cottage. The deck overlooking Lake Michigan is a perfect place to relax, have coffee or eat a meal. The beach is down a short flight of stairs and presents a different but equally beautiful view. The house provides easy access to the Little Traverse Wheelway and both Charlevoix and Petoskey are only a few minute's drive. The house is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing.

Summary: My husband, brother and sister-in law thoroughly enjoyed our Fall Bay Shore Chalet stay. The description was spot on. It exceeded our expectations in all areas! The sunny weather was on and off but we still got deck and beach time in and along with seeing amazing sunsets. Cheryl went over and above providing what one needs for a most welcoming, comfortable and relaxing stay. Also, Cheryl was easy to reach and quickly responded to emails. The chalet is near art galleries, a variety of restaurants, breweries, many beach areas and hiking opportunities. We four highly recommend the chalet to all! You will not be disappointed!!
