Positive: Off-road secure parking is very reassuring. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful and explained where to find local shops, restaurants and the nearest metrolink station. Thank you. The annex was spotless with everything we needed for our short stay. Tea & coffee supplied and cooled water in the fridge was a nice touch. It was nice to be able to sit out in the garden terrace area set aside for guests. Our host also offered to put up their trampoline but the weather was against us and we had other commitments during the rest of our stay. The annex apartment was just what we wanted for our needs.

Negative: Initial misunderstanding on the property's location as there is the exact same address in the adjoining district! Not sure if this was an error on Booking.com or inputting the address via on-line map sites. However, upon phoning our host, this was easily sorted with more precise directions to the actual property. Thereafter, we had no problems whatsoever.

Summary: Very enjoyable short stay in accommodation that met all our needs.

Positive: This is self contained unit in the rear garden of the host. The room includes a kitchenette and ensuite bathroom, all spotlessly clean. The lovely garden gives a nice feel to a city home on a busy main road. The tram is a few minutes walk away and local shops and pubs add to the benefits of this accommodation.

Negative: A little noisy, as you would expect at this location and did not cause us any problems.
