Summary: This property was absolutely perfect. The host was kind, very responsive, and more than accommodating. The home is very cozy, clean, and is stocked with everything you could ever need for your stay. The location is close to many stores, restaurants, and parks. The neighborhood felt safe and was easy to find. If we are ever back in the area, this property is #1 on our list. Book this property for your stay!

Summary: We traveled to Texas with my sister and elderly parents for Christmas with the kids. The Cozy house was the perfect home away from home. While it was a bit cool to enjoy the pool, the pool deck soaking up the sun was a perfect oasis. We will definitely be back when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the pool. Alicia was the perfect host, her communication was great and the whole experience was perfect. A++++.

Summary: The back yard on this home is incredible!! We were treated to a resort style backyard with an amazing pool. The hosts were terrific and they came daily in the morning to clean the pool and deck (lots of leaves from the beautiful trees). Many accoutrements were included and you really only have to bring yourselves. Everything you needed was included for a great stay. This is a must VRBO rental.

Summary: We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from University of Houston. This beautiful and clean home met out needs perfectly for our two daughters and my parents. . The house and property are thoughtfully designed and well maintained, and appliances, etc appear new. It was a peaceful getaway and the pool and outdoor space are just as beautiful as shown in the photos. I’d definitely recommend this house if your travels bring you to the area. Our daughter is staying for grad school so we may be back!

Summary: The owner was very nice and responsive. The house was clean and well stocked. Just a few issues we had: 1) There is a renter in the garage and he smokes outside the front door, you can also smell what he's cooking in the house and we thought it would be more private (although he's very nice). 2) The master bedroom mattress is very soft and sinks. 3) there are a lot of chackas everywhere making the bathroom and kitchen counters a bit cluttered. 4) The pool is an extra charge if heated. The hot tub is an extra charge as well. The outdoor area is very pretty for the area, which is not terrible but not great. The space was clean and again, the owner was very nice.
