Open, warm, sunny and inviting, the living/dining area decor features prints from Alphonse Mucha, a prolific artist in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s, when Santa Rosa was first established. Equipped with all the amenities you'll need for a fun and comfortable stay, including a big screen Roku TV in the living area for a night of Netflix, amazon prime or Hulu. Two darling bedrooms with pillow top mattresses, comfy quilted bedding and soft lighting. The kitchen is compact, but has everything you'll need for preparing delightful meals, and enjoying the outdoor patio area complete with a BBQ, loungers and a patio firepit table ~~ Perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and a book.

Summary: We loved the location of local restaurants and surrounding cities. But what we love most is the comfort of the place, which is the comfort we feel after things go south with our son and his wife. Family disagreements are hard and this one was out of left field. We really appreciate the sofa in the home which provided great comfort along with the tissue. We do recommend this home as it feels like home. Thank you!

Summary: Wonderful, clean and well maintained home in a great area of Santa Rosa. We very much appreciated the condition of the home for our first family visit with our first grandchild. We enjoyed a beautiful Mother's Day in the backyard and did some tasty grilling on a very clean gas grill. We appreciated having a great place to share a great day with family.

Summary: Very sweet house. It is small but comfortable and well equipped. We were not able to enjoy the outside area because of weather, but the grill was nice. It is in a nice walkable location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I recently had surgery in Santa Rosa and my husband and I stayed at this Historic Cherry Street house during that period. The house was perfect for our stay. It had every amenity you could wish for, was immaculately clean, and in a location that was perfect for us. The beds were both very comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. My husband was able to walk to several restaurants to bring meals home as I was unable to travel for several days. The location was quiet yet close to everything we could want. Our host was very accommodating and helped us to be able to enjoy our stay while not a vacation! I highly recommended this house to anyone who wants to stay in Santa Rosa.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect home base for visiting the Santa Rosa area. Home was clean, although small, the kitchen was well- stocked. We had a problem with the tv, but owner and manager were both responsive. Love the location, an easy walk to fun restaurants on 4 th Street. Lastly , our puppy had a nice little fenced yard to play in. Only downside was the noisy party next door. We would definitely stay here again.
