Penlore is a beautiful cottage sleeping up to 5 guests, located in the heart of West Looe. The property has been fully modernised whilst retaining the character of the cottage which is grade II listed and was built around 1750.The accommodation is arranged over three floors with the ground floor being an open plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes an electric oven and hob, extractor, dishwasher, and fridge freezer. There is also a washing machine and tumble drier located on the first floor. The kitchen is modern and bright and well equipped for a self-catering stay. There are comfortable sofas, a 43-inch flat-screen smart TV, board games, and DVDs for cosy evenings in. On the first floor is the master bedroom which has a king-size bed and ample storage. The family bathroom is also on this floor which has a bath and mixer shower over, WC, and wash hand basin (there is unlimited hot water on demand). Upstairs again are the final two bedrooms one with a standard double bed and the second with a full-size single bed. High-quality bed linen and house towels are provided.Located in the heart of West Looe the bustling harbour is just a two-minute stroll down the road as is the very popular Jolly Sailor pub. Just opposite the cottage is the West Looe General Stores. This is a fantastic little shop where you can pick up beautiful fresh, local produce. The busier side of town is the East side which you can walk to in 15 minutes or there is a foot ferry which you can jump on to cross the river when the tide is in.The owners of Penlore have taken great care in ensuring that the property is well equipped and presented to a high standard. We are delighted to bring the property to the holiday rental market and are sure there will be many happy guests!

Summary: Beautiful cottage, very well appointed and very tastefully decorated with super comfy beds. Perfect location with local shop, Spar and pub right outside the font door and a 5 minute walk over the bridge to East Looe. Will definitely book this property again.
