4 Bedroom Cabin in Edgefield

This private Cabin is located near the beautiful, historic town of Edgefield, South Carolina, which is only 30 minutes from Augusta, Georgia and Aiken, South Carolina and one hour from Columbia, South Carolina.
The property features three spacious buildings overlooking a pool with ample lounge space and a stocked lake with a dock perfect for catch and release fishing. The property has a large parking area, an outdoor fireplace, a basketball court and numerous outdoor seating areas.
The main cabin on the property offers a spacious game room which includes a pool table, large TV with satellite and an X-Box Connect. There is a dinning/meeting area in the main cabin with smart board technology, an indoor and/or outdoor bar space, half bath and seating large enough for approximately 35 people. A large industrial kitchen compliments the main cabin with state of the art appliances.
The second building offers three bedrooms which sleep 10 (2 Queen Beds and 3 Twin Bunk Beds). This building offers two TV's and two full baths.
The original house has a small kitchen, a wonderful living and dinning area, one full bath and a bedroom that sleeps 4.

Summary: I and my employees fell absolutely in love with The Old Timber Lodge. As we were checking out today no one wanted to leave and they requested that we make it a tradition and go there for our retreat every year. It was such a peaceful property that you couldn’t help but relax and soak it all in.

Summary: Pictures and descriptions online do not adequately describe the stunning setting, peaceful atmosphere, and fully stocked venue. The decor was tasteful and welcoming. Everyone in our group exclaimed over the outdoor patio lighting and table top gas firepit that added such ambiance. We were pleasantly surprised to discover simple amenities not usually included at VRBO’s such as shower toiletries. The beds were comfortable, the pool was a huge hit with all ages, and the cows in the pasture added comic relief. :) The sound system/TV and tech setup was an impressive element, allowing music to be controlled in each location. The close proximity to a food market, dollar general, and CVS made everyone feel at ease and able to purchase items that had been forgotten. What an absolutely gorgeous and memorable place to gather and make special memories as a family!

Summary: If you have a large group or just looking for a great getaway - This is a great place! Plenty of space for everyone, gourmet kitchen, and the scenery is unbeatable! We did have a scare with check in and the owners not knowing we were coming but once I reached out about check in instructions they were professional and accommodating to make sure we had a great time here!
