Located on a quiet pebble beach in an adult oriented neighborhood, our house is an ideal place to relax in a peaceful setting with a beautiful view across the Straight of Georgia. Should you need to work remotely, we offer quality high speed internet and work tables. Our region features excellent restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking trails, golf and Mount Washington Alpine Resort.
We are located close to Comox Hospital, North Island College, Crown Isle Golf Resort, ferry to Powell River, Comox airport, and Mount Washington Alpine Resort. Courtenay and Comox’s shopping areas are a short drive away where you can find major grocery stores, Costco, and beautiful one of a kind local boutiques.
Set on 2 floors, our beach house offers expansive views of the ocean and is furnished to host you in all comfort.
The main floor is a great room: fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, an inviting dining area, a comfortable living room with a 50 in Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and a powder room.
The second floor has a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a second bedroom with a queen size bed, and a den with a double size pullout couch, as well as the main bathroom with a 6’ bath, shower with adjustable height head and 2 sinks.

Summary: Beautiful home! This home has a wide open layout and has everything you need. The bedrooms upstairs are spacious with high ceilings. The beds are comfortable and the ocean view is stunning. Like mentioned in another review, one of the sleeping spaces is a pullout sofa upstairs in an alcove. It is not a bedroom. Overall this was a wonderful stay!

Summary: We had a lovely time. The property is lovely in a fantastic location right on the water. The house has everything you need. The views are amazing. It’s well worth watching the sunrise from your bed. Hosts and neighbours are lovely. We would go again for sure.

Summary: The property was described well but the add said 3 bedroom and there were only 2 bedrooms and an alcove at the end of the upstairs walk way next to the stairs. It gave no privacy as we were travelling with co-workers and staying together. I think this would be a reasonable location for teens or other family members to stay. This would be the only “negative” (not really). The view during the day and evening watch multiple cruise ships float by with their lights on and the multitude of seals and birds to keep the eyes entertained while enjoying the scenic views I do appreciate you and your home that you graciously let us stay in. THANK YOU.
