Summary: House was not ready when we arrived. All beds had been slept in, towels in washer/dryer and load on top. Dish washer full, unsure if clean or dirty. Reached out and cleaning crew was sent over to clean the house. Unfortunately we had been wasting time to check in at 4pm, had driven all day and we're tired, but could not relax since cleaning crew took 3 hours to clean. Wifi password was written wrong on info, had to reach out several times with other issues. Seemed like we had not been expected. Also felt like we were annoying the POC everytime we needed information.
