Santa Fe Condo | Beautiful Apartment Central To Santa Fe. 5 Minutes From City Center.

2 Bedroom Condo in Santa Fe

Entire apartment with two bedrooms, two queen beds. One full bathroom and one half bathroom off master suite. Gorgeous place, fully furnished with excellent Wifi, full kitchen, washer dryer, Cable and Roku TVs, Wifi, Aircon and stunning deck for relaxing. The Kiva fireplace is only for decoration, the chimney is blocked up. If the fireplace is used the guest will be responsible for costs for all damages inside the condo, including loss of earnings, and any damages to the building and other residents property.
Please know I am not a corporation or large vacation rental company. I maintain, clean and service both condos myself. You will never have an issue contacting me for any issue, big or small. Building has elevator and parking. 5 minute drive to Plaza, city center and Canyon Rd. If you are bringing children or a pet you must inform me at the time of booking. There is no pet fee, but there are pet rules. . Please note the condo is a 25 minute walk to the Plaza. It is, however, a 4 minute drive away. The condo is central to ALL Santa Fe sites of interest.
Please note that I pack up the balcony from December due to snow and wet weather and reopen in April.
Condo is on the 2nd floor. You may experience mild noise from the unit above, if you experience unreasonable noise please contact me immediately.
This is an ECO building. HVAC is set at 55-70 degrees in winter and 68-75 in summer.
The condo does NOT have a bath, only a shower.
Coffee and tea are supplied. Please contact me for any questions you might have. The property has video surveillance on the front door and on the back balcony for your security. There is no video inside the unit.

Summary: The immaculate apartment is just minutes from downtown and even closer to a grocery store, making it exceptionally convenient! The patio allows for lovely sunlight and fresh air and the complex was very quiet. I highly recommend this property!

Summary: We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Santa Fe. The location was perfect to drive everywhere in less than 10 minutes - the Plaza, The Railyard, Canyon Road, etc. The apartment was adorable, and immaculately clean. Everything we needed was there. The sunset and sunrise from the large windows was beautiful. Parking was easy. It was super quiet and safe. We were so grateful we found the best place to stay while in Santa Fe!

Summary: The location is very safe and handy to Old Santa Fe. It’s beautifully decorated, well equipped and maintained. The balcony is my favorite spot, very relaxing for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Being in my 70’s, I appreciated the elevator making for easy transfer of luggage.
