Summary: The communication with Ruth was as good as could be expected from anyone. Clear and prompt instructions and always friendly. We miscommunicated a bit on my need for the extra bedroom and she promptly cleaned it and had it ready in no time at all. The apartment is large and quite nice. We really liked the location in a relatively small village with great scenery. We would certainly return.
