Centrally-located in a quiet, relaxing, and highly desirable neighborhood in Old Southwest. Just blocks from downtown, midtown and easy access to the highway. Walking distance to several amazing local restaurants. Take a stroll in this lovely and safe neighborhood with established trees. The space There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is 1 full bathroom. Smart TVs in each bedroom and the living area. Wi-Fi internet. Appliances & cooking amenities including spices, coffee, & tea. For the coffee enthusiast, we have included both a traditional coffee pot and a French press. 1-car garage and extra space in the driveway for another car as well as plenty of free on-street parking. The washer and dryer is located in the garage area and is shared with the unit on the other side of the duplex. That is the only shared space. Guest access You will have exclusive and unrestricted access to the entire right side of the duplex as well as the garage and washer/dryer area. Summary: Great property to stay at. Very clean, had everything we needed in it. We had our whole family (we had 8 adults and 3 little kids with us) and it was very spacious for us with lots of room to play. The beds were comfortable and clean. Centrally located, however it is a busy street. I forgot our high chair and was able to contact the host, they got right back to me and brought us one! Very pleased.

Summary: The yard was wonderful. Loved the deck and back yard. Plenty of room to lounge or gather a group. The house was clean and just as described. We were kind of sad to go. When we come back will definitely check to see if we can book a stay.

Summary: The house was nice and the backyard was amazing. Like being in a park. Large kitchen table for hanging out. Beds were comfortable, with a tv in every room for those who want to watch and a bathroom on each floor. The home is older, so the bathrooms are updated but small and the stairs a little steep. If you want brand new don't pick this house, but if you want a comfortable older home with a lovely yard this is the house for you.

Summary: Several family members drove from Idaho and North Dakota for my nephews graduation, it worked perfect for us…wasn’t too far from my brothers house and was close to the Toyota center. It was quiet at night and the beds were comfortable so we all slept well.
