Summary: We really appreciated how spacious and clean the place was—it had everything we needed. Annette was so kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable. Although the A/C went out on our first day, she acted quickly and had it fixed by the next day. We truly felt cared for. Thank you for your warm hospitality and for giving our family a special space to make memories with my mom. She had a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend, and we hope to return again someday.

Summary: We were a large group of 12 adults and 7 kids and absolutely loved the house! The kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking appliances needed, the pool and hot tub were amazing, and the basketball court was so amazing for basketball games and for the kids to scooter around. Summary: This is a wonderful house for a large group! The owners were very friendly, helpful, and communicative. Our family of family of 13 had plenty to do and plenty of space to commune, relax, and play. The kitchen is excellent gathering place and everything is very well labeled. We had a great shopping in Grass Valley, visiting the covered bridge, and wading in the Yuba River. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Summary: We had a large group for family reunion. We had rented many times but NEVER had a house so well equipped! We literally did not need to bring anything; especially kitchen items. It was just incredible! The grounds were stunning, pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, incredible bbq area, SO many seating areas and just top quality! The owners were absolutely amazing in their communication! We just can’t say enough-a 10 star rating is warranted! Thank you Annette 😃
