Summary: We really enjoyed the apartment and the proximity to "downtown/old town" Gainesville. There are dozens of eating and drinking spots within 4-5 blocks. And Gainesville has lots of walking & biking opportunities, which is important to me. The host could not have been more helpful and responsive.

Summary: The apartment was terrific and conveniently located. One small issue. It’s on a busy street so it gets some noise at night. Particularly on the weekend.

Summary: Stayed here for an extended amount of time for a work trip, and I am so glad I did! It's an adorable, clean, beautifully decorated and well-equipped condo. Spacious, full kitchen that has everything you'd need, comfortable bedroom and nice bathroom. The building is in a walkable neighborhood close to UF with lots of places to eat a block away. The host is amazing and very accommodating. I felt like I was staying at a friend's place.
