This luxury villa in the beautiful Marche region of Italy offers exclusive use of the house and its grounds. Accommodating a max of 16 guests, the villa is perfect for a large family or groups of friends.
Villa Prati is situated in the heart of the glorious Le Marche region of Italy, at 5 minutes drive from its nearest medieval town Mogliano and offers a unique opportunity for those in search of a spacious and exclusive villa for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
We fell in love with this property and the position immediately and bought it in 1990 as an old farmhouse and throughout the years we have restored it using prestigious materials (old terracotta tiles, oak beams, large stone fireplace, antique doors) and making sure to maintain its original features transforming the old farmhouse in a true Italian villa.
It has been tastefully and comfortably furnished with quality traditional furniture and has all modern facilities including WIFi connection, Satellite tv and air conditioning on the top floor.
The villa offers large spacious rooms, a large open-plan kitchen (very well equipped), a large dining room and a separate spacious sitting room, a separate study/library with open fireplace, offering privacy when needed but providing an opportunity to share your holiday with friends or family.
A large terrace with ample space for everybody to dine together, or if the children are swimming, the BBQ area which overlooks the pool (but is out of splashing range) is the ideal place to relax over lunch but keep an eye on the children at the same time.
The villa is accessed through an electric private gate and up a private drive ensuring total privacy, it is surrounded by 1,5 hectars of immaculate garden. There are plenty of secret and secluded places where you can escape from the crowd, and some areas designed to bring people together to share a meal, or to relax in the sunshine. You can swim in the 50 foot pool, or lounge in on the comfortable sunbeds. You may want to have bbq, laze in a hammock, or retreat from the sun to the shade of the Olive trees. Villa Prati is surrounded by 1.5 hectares of immaculate landscaped gardens scattered with olive and fruit trees in which there is a large pool 15 x 7 meters with an integrated salt system (very little chlorine).
Our guests are offered a first class service with Crisp Egyptian cotton bed linen and soft Christy towels are provided – including pool towels. A private chef can be arranged for a special meal or for all meals, and we can recommend many good local restaurants.
As Le Marche is one of the less well known regions of Italy, we are happy to provide ideas and suggestions for some of the wonderful places to visit in the area. From designer shopping to art and architecture, Le Marche really does have something to appeal to everybody, and we can organise a range of trips for you or simply make some recommendations.

Summary: Couldn’t have asked for a more spot on property to spend a week relaxing with friends. Daniela was super helpful and attentive host from the outset. The Villa is very well restored with everything you need. It has more than enough room for the adults and children so you never feel on top of each other (we were 7 adults, 4 kids). The pool is perfect set in immaculate gardens with wonderful views - the pictures don’t do it justice. The beach is accessible in 30 mins and there a variety of small towns to wander around. Great local produce to cook up on the wood bbq, overall a very tranquil spot to spend the week.

Summary: Three generations of my family enjoyed our week at this wonderful property. The host was extremely kind, attentive and helpful, including her perfect written recommendations for restaurants and excursions. We were a little worried about staying there in the middle of a sting heatwave, but she guided us through tuning the house simply for the heat and the ventilation and thick walls performed as they always have - we all slept great! The house is spacious with everything you need to be together and to have some alone time. I believe the pool is the best I have ever experienced - very large, great/soft salt-cleansed water and an incredible views of the nearby hilltown (which is also quite nice). We all highly recommend this option - wonderful location, building and landscape.

Summary: This was our first experience in Le Marche region of Italy and we have all fallen deeply in love with this hidden gem of Italy. We instantly loved villa Prati when we saw the photos but when we arrived we couldn't believe how wonderful it was, the photos don't do this place justice! We felt like we were in heaven for a week and then unfortunately we had to go back to reality but it was so worth it! The swimming pool was absolutely fabulous, we couldn't get the kids out and we loved the fact that it didn't have chlorine in! The garden and the grounds are kept immaculately and Paolo brought us fresh vegetables and fruit from their orto every morning which was amazing. Daniela cooked for us on a couple of occasions and we definitely recommend it as the food was amazing! We visited the Murola for a wine tasting which was a great experience and we went to the Frasassi caved which the kids loved. I would highly recommend Villa Prati and Le Marche Italy! We will be back. Thank you Daniela and Paolo for making our holiday so special.

Summary: We booked this villa for my wedding and family holiday. I was looking for a lovely villa which was large enough for my immediate family to stay in, with wonderful views and a big garden with enough outdoor space for a wedding of 60 people. When I found villa prati I knew I had found the villa of my dreams but I didn't realise just how stunning the place is until i arrived. The garden was absolutely immaculate and the pool is huge! Daniela and Paolo worked very hard to make our day absolutely perfect. All my guests keep on telling me how it was the best wedding they had ever been to and the food was out of this world! The accommodation was also great, the beds were so comfortable and there is enough space for all 14 of us to spread out and not get in each others hair. The kitchen is fabulous, we are all foodies and love to cook so we loved the fact that it was so well equipped and so spacious. Daniela also organised a great cookery course for us at the villa where we learnt how to make pasta and gnocchi with delicious sauces and then we got to eat it all! Definitely worth it! What else to say apart from it was the best day and holiday of our lives. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place.
