Located about fifteen kilometers from Aix en Provence, our 1 hectare property is near the village of Eguilles.
The south-facing villa faces the hill and enjoys breathtaking views over 20km. The environment is calm and not overlooked. Some villas are hidden in the surrounding greenery.
Large hackberry trees on the terrace provide shade and pleasant freshness in summer.
You will appreciate the villa for the calm, the environment, the shaded garden, the freshness of the house and the terrace while the warm summer air encourages you to take a bath in the large swimming pool of the villa (14x7m) .

Summary: This is a beautiful country home in a superb French setting. There was ample room inside and out and a well equipped kitchen for cooking. The only downside is that it is in a rather remote area and not easily accessible to Aix if you are not used to French roads.We quickly decided against any in town dinners in the evening. It is a bit difficult to find the first time You drive there but our host gave us very detailed directions.All in all a lovely time was had with our group of 8.

Summary: We stayed at the property in September 2023, weather was fantastic and the property amazing. Fabulous swimming pool with magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. Several terraces from which to enjoy outdoor dining. A large Carrefour supermarket is a 20 minute drive away, local tennis courts a 20 minute walk (15 Euro's an hour per court) and the lovely town of Eguilles a 30 minute walk. Helene the host was very approachable and I thoroughly recommend the property.

Summary: This is easily one of the most beautiful places that I have ever been. The view, the house, the pool, the terraces all make for wonderful places to have a great meal, spend time with friends and have a glass of wine and ponder the world. It was a rich week of connecting with the beauty of France. All of us were very grateful for our time there. I hope to go back again someday.

Summary: Check in was easy, the property is stunning. The house has everything you can think to want. It really can accommodate a good sized group. I agree with other reviews about having a car, to come & go. I will hopefully get to bring others to this amazing spot and get to visit again. Merci.

Summary: We had an incredible stay at Helene’s property the first week of July. The house is incredibly spacious, and the the views are what one dreams of when they think of a stay in French wine country. The pool is also amazing - huge, perfect temp, and was professionally cleaned several times during our stay so that it was always pristine. Helene was also super responsive abs helpful whenever we had questions. The main callout I have - what makes this property so special (the remoteness and privacy) can also make things challenging if you don’t have a car. We chose not to rent cars and relied exclusively on taxis/Uber. Some drivers struggled to find the location and as renters are responsible for taking all garbage and recycling down the road to the bins upon check out, it was quite a lot to transport on foot at the end of our stay. My recommendation is yes, definitely book this home but also book a car and you’ll be in great shape! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Summary: Our stay at this classic French home was all we hoped for — and more! The pool is huge and beautifully maintained, the terraces and pizza oven were wonderful and used every day, the views were expansive, the house itself was immaculate and equipped as a home should be. The garden and trees and walking paths were beautiful. Eguilles is a charming town with all you need. Helene was so helpful and worked with our travel issues above and beyond what was expected.. we wouldn’t change a thing except the entry directions! We hope to be in that paradise again.

Summary: We stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed every bit of it! Michelle was very helpful during the check-in. We spent every evening in the house cooking. There is an amazing view, the pool is big, and plenty of outdoor space for time with family or friends.

Summary: Words can't describe the beautiful and unforgettable experience we had at Helene's villa/mass. The villa is a true provencial dream like the movies... we didn't want to leave! 5 nights of comfort, happiness and great memories. Helene and Michelle are so accomodating and kind. The pool is lovely to swim in and the grounds are perfect. The villa is much larger than the photos show and the layout of the rooms are simply perfect. We loved our stay and I wish I could live there all year long. Book without worries and remember that you are in the country side. Thank you Helene and Michelle.
