Come and enjoy this lovely home on Lake Latoka in beautiful Alexandria MN that boasts a nice level lot. This home has 5 bedrooms with three full bathrooms. The main floor has an updated kitchen and dining room complete with a 4 season porch off the dining room which is perfect for enjoying the beautiful lake sunrises. There are two large bedrooms on the main floor with two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and master bathroom with total updates (shower only). The second main floor bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds. The main bathroom offers new updates with shower/tub. The living room has a beautiful view of the level lake lot. New flooring throughout the main floor.
The lower level has a large family room with separate ping pong table & foosball in a game room but the highlight of the basement is the wet bar with the pass through window into the game room. The wet bar also includes a full size refrigerator and stove/cook top. The lower level boasts three additional bedrooms and one full bathroom (shower). The first bedroom on the lower level has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom offers two queen beds. The large lot on the lake side will be sure to please everyone with plenty of space for yard games. Step onto the dock and enjoy the water with plenty of lake toys to suit all ages. We offer two Stand Up Paddle boards and two kayaks as well as a new lily pad for the little ones to float on the water. We do have a 20ft pontoon (sits 10) with a 60hp motor available for rent. Parking spaces for 6 cars. We know you'll love this property and be ready to come back annually. 20’ Pontoon available for rent with one full tank of gas. Newly expanded beach, paving stones, & shore lights, along with 4 Adirondack chairs to relax in & spider swing & hammock for the kids. More sand for the little ones to play in & wide steps into the water, & safer for children. A weed roller installed. A starter supply of paper products is available with each rental. Winter months - although we have regular snow removal in the winter, the driveway is very steep & we highly recommend 4 wheel drive. Alexandria has numerous fishing tournaments during the winter along with 400 miles of trails for 4 wheeling & snowmobiles. We do have access to help you with rentals of equipment. Summary: Lovely property filled with all that is needed for a lake stay and more! Hosts were very helpful and answered all questions promptly. Unfortunately, there was a smoke odor that prevented our children with young families to stay the week entire week due to smoke allergies.

Summary: We stayed over the 4th with my 3 kids, my sister’s family (including 3 kids) and my Dad. We enjoyed the large kitchen with everything we ever could have needed for pots/pans, spices, sugars, etc. The communication with the owner was great. The yard, fire pit, beach, dock were all great. Loved the added bonus of kayaking, paddle board, and beach toys. The only downside was it smelled like cigarette smoke upon entering but as the week went on, the smell seemed to dissipate a bit. We would stay again.
