This beautifully furnished home in Bethany has a large enclosed backyard and lots of walking trails nearby. It is in an extremely safe and family friendly neighborhood.
The house is full of character and charm. New flooring with Brazilian Cherry wood gives the place a very premium and classic feel. This place also includes brand new premium furniture.
This home is very centrally located right next to popular restaurants like Bethany Public House, Wildwood Taphouse, Kizuki Ramen, Blu Olive, BEP etc, grocery stores like QFC, Market of Choice, Safeway, pharmacy's like Walgreens, CVS and shopping centers like Target all within a couple miles. This secure home has plenty of natural light and is an exceptional place to live.
This home includes the master bedroom with deep soaking tub. The master has a king bed, bedrooms 2&3 have queen beds and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds a. All the bedrooms have very high quality cotton foam mattress, not the usual spring mattress that is very bad for the back. The office room has an office desk, chair and 2 book-shelves. The WiFi is high speed and will support multiple people video conferencing simultaneously while others are streaming.
The rent includes twice a month landscaping that will take care of all landscaping needs that the tenant does not need to worry about.
The house will be professionally cleaned once a month at an additional cost to the guest.
Note: utility charges in excess of $400 will be billed back to the tenant.
