Summary: The house has a lot of nice updates. Their is a lot of space and feels very open. We did have a issue with the heat. We would turn it up to 70 and it would take hours to get there and as soon as it got to 70 it would drop all the way down again. We checked in at 2 in the afternoon in Nov and it was 41 degrees in the house. It took forever to warm up. The location is great if you don't plan on leaving the house. There are NO stores anywhere nearby so make sure you have all your stuff. The water has a brown tint to it. Their are signs on the walls to warn you and let you know it is healthy and fine to drink. We were just a little thrown off and they supply a filter for you to filter your water if you like. The Bathtub is very deep and would be great for a relaxing bath. All the cupboard are labeled which made it nice when putting dishes away. I think a Brita filter for the fridge water would be a great addition. Would we stay here again? Yes, just not on a holiday weekend and probably not in the winter because of the heat issue. The school is right across the street that is no longer used, but they still have a playground. The town looks a little sketchy but this is probably the nicest house in town. The money made it worth it.
