This wonderful year-round cabin is close to everything in the White Mountains. Located in the 350-acre Ogontz Resort, a truly exceptional natural setting that surrounds Lake Ogontz. Minutes away from Littleton, NH, fantastic for food, antique. Dining is available currently May through October.
This cabin is 3 bedrooms and 1 bath and a loft to sleep in. 1 bedroom has a queen, one has a double bed, and 1 has 2 twins while the loft has 4 twin beds. Summary: This place was amazingly beautiful, comfy, and the people were so hospitable. I want to go back real soon. I hope that they forgive that we accidentally left burritos in the oven (oven was off).

Summary: The area was great! We had tickets to the ice castles so thought this would be a little closer to the event. About 35 mins away. This property was very dog friendly which is very important to us, have 2 dogs with us. The kitchen needed a few more amenities ( pot holders, some small trash bags , and a little brighter lights). But we did enjoy our stay and great area for snowshoeing! The workers for the resort were also super friendly!! Great out of the way location. Hopefully we will be back!!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at Ofontz. Dave the owner was great. The place was awesome with everything we needed. We were able to cross country ski and sled on their property and didn’t have to go anywhere. Towns were close enough if we needed supplies. A++

Summary: Honestly this is one of the best places we have ever been! There was so much to see and so much to do outdoors, we cannot wait to go back! My family absolutely loved it, my kids had a blast and the dogs were in doggy paradise! To have a place this amazing to go to and to be able to bring the whole family, including our fur babies was just the icing on the cake! Reception was not the best but, didn't mind at all, it was nice disconnecting and spending more quality time with the family. I bet it is amazing in the summer and we are currently in the process of looking for a week to book! I highly recommend and we have been to a lot of places and this is definitely top three! For sure! We had everything we needed, the wood burning stove was amazing, the kids loved the loft, we were very comfortable the entire time, it was a home away from home and location location location! Hearing the waterfalls rushing when you wake up in the morning, the snow falling around you this place is just amazing, no matter what season, winter fall spring or summer! We really can't wait to go back!! Thanks again for our amazing stay Ryan!! ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Can't wait to come back😁👍❤️

Summary: Overall the place is beautiful, long walk through woods (path) and giant hill to get to dock where you can swim. The address on the listing caused my GPS to take me in the back way and there’s no instructions on how to check in. Luckily the couple renting next door were there to tell me I had to keep driving and go to the registration office. Sometimes (most of the time) you have to go to the Dining Hall to find assistance. Some places such as the boat house are nice but look and feel as though they have been used as junk storage and abandoned. The basement in the rental was also uncomfortable considering the washer and dryer are listed as amenities for use by renters. There was no plan for trash pickup or instructions on where to leave it or take it. I asked questions and got it handled which sparked a conversation for the future among staff. The mattresses and box springs are very old and stained and uncomfortable throughout the cabin. There was a table set put in the loft that seemed ideal at first glance for the kids to play board games but very quickly proved unsafe and dangerous. We moved it put of the way and notified staff. There is a black fly problem and we also discovered a bug problem near a bed in the loft (looked like meal worms, a bee, and some nesting material) the sheets and towels were all very clean and felt new. Dinner in the dining hall which they list as a cafe, was delicious. The poutine and smash burger are amazing. Alcoholic milk shakes were delicious as well. There was a movie night on the lawn with a projector and inflatable screen on a weekend night which was an unexpected treat. Took nearly an hour for them to work out the kinks and a bit longer to be able to see the movie as it was started when daylight was still pretty bright. Was live music one night as well on the deck of the dining hall. Maybe current management is very new or they are just extremely short staffed but communication with renters could definitely improve. There are some hidden gems like an incredible hot tub seated by a waterfall. I’m hopeful the kinks get worked out and this property is successful going forward in this way. Had I done more research outside of the listing I may have had a better understanding of the feel and amenities. I suppose the cost is justified by the amount of space and this place can sleep many more than listed as the loft has a fouton, full sized bed, and three twins in addition to the 3 bedrooms

Summary: This property was everything we wanted and more! This cabin provides a perfect escape from the city, and the owners are absolutely lovely. We kayaked around the lake, made use of their delicious cafe, and enjoyed their natural outdoor hot tub next to a waterfall. I can't wait to go back!

Summary: Checkin was seem less . WiFi needs an upgrade and better communication on how to access. Location was warm and comfy upon arrival. Was clean but unfortunately beds were very uncomfortable with springs in my back, Couches were over loved. The front deck was a danger zone, falling apart from house with flashing exposed almost causing injuries. Even one of the windows had a small bullet hole in it. The hot water in the shower was very confusing as it had two different luxurious heads and controls.

Summary: Great experience at this place. Stayed for a Ski trip up to cannon mountain. Short distance to town. Very quiet. WiFi isn’t that strong and you won’t have cell service so be prepared to be disconnected if you have a longer stay. We will be staying again for our next trip!
