Summary: The home was very clean and everything that we needed for our stay. This was a business trip but after a long day the backyard was very relaxing. Can’t wait to stay again next time we are in town.

Summary: I loved my stay here for my husbands birthday and 4th of July. The pool was the perfect temperature at all hours of the day and was out favorite part. The house was so clean and smelled so nice. The owner was so responsive and gave easy check in instructions . The only recommendation I would give is for shade above the pool. However, if the owner did this, the. The water wouldn’t be so warm. So maybe a good thing there’s no shade in the pool. Loved loved loved my stay here with my teens and infant under 2.

Summary: The property is what is listed. We entered the house to it smelling very fresh and clean. The rooms perfectly laid out for a family. The outside area is ideal for cooking out and swimming. Nichelle was awesome to deal with and worked with us on a few issues we had prior to arriving. She’s an amazing host. Great place to stay while vacationing or even business. Thank you so much for being an awesome host.

Summary: The house was very clean and check in was easy as well as check out. The outside space was wonderful. The instructions for turning on the pool and the spa were easy to follow and it was a great addition to our stay. There was plenty of space to accommodate the six of us in our group. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, although l would have enjoyed some coverage in the master bathroom shower. That was a little odd. The only other suggestion would be the seating could have been a bit more comfortable in the lounging areas of downstairs other than that was a wonderful stay.

Summary: While the property was clean and mostly as advertised, there were a few problems and a few things that this property needed. It seems like the owner is new to this whole thing as there were some things that would have made our stay better, such as a coffee machine or at the very least, some coffee mugs for us to use to make instant coffee. No waste can in the master bedroom at all. Very inconvenient. No broom, dustpan, or mop for accidents, lucky we didn't have one. Toaster would have been nice as well, but coffee maker is a must. Even motel rooms have them. As for the problems with the property; it was advertised with a heated pool and the pictures clearly showed a hot tub connected to the pool. When we contacted the owner about how to warm it we were told there was a $100 fee to use the hot tub (NOT stated in listing). When we agreed, we were told that the pool was down due to a broken part. This pool was the reason we rented this particular property, as the other ones we saw didn't have one, yet we were unable to use it at any point during our stay. No refund (even partial) was offered. Very bad business practice. There are also outside gas heaters and a gas grill in the listing. The heaters had propane tanks, but they were both empty. The grill didn't even have a tank. Outside furniture is obviously worse for wear and needs to be replaced. All glam, needs practical.
