Summary: Lots of sleeping though limited space.....

Summary: Outlet in middle bedroom that the lamp is plugged shorted out. Peeling paint and holes in the walls end empty wall sockets make the house seem dirty. Only 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom bed is too low. We tried to heat up soup but had no saucepan. There was not enough seating in the living room.

Summary: The place was nice. Pictures were accurate. Lots of stuff in kitchen, except a pot. They had extra air mattress which was great. Only issue was there was a faint odor we couldnt find where it was coming from and one of us saw a roach. Also woulda have been nice to know it was an extra 20nfornthe wifi

Summary: This property was a quiet and cool place to visit. Close to our destinations (Annapolis, Washington DC and family), we were visited by geese from the adjacent golf course every morning. One bathroom electric outlet did not work on the final day but this was not enough reason to spoil of feelings about this fun place to relax.

Summary: Everything was good, except bedding arrangements short in bathroom light, insects because of trash in garage. Everything could be and was worked around or addressed by us. We did not call - no need. Would stay here again. Fit our needs Close to Annapolis, Baltimore, DC, and two airports. Hope to return in the fall.

Summary: Communication with our host was excellent. He was proactive with information and answered our questions very promptly. The keyless entry front door lock made check in very easy. The property was as shown in the pictures. While not a 5 star hotel, it provides good accommodation at a good price. All we needed was a place to sleep and hangout, this place provided a perfect solution.

Summary: Great neighborhood, great location for visiting DC, Baltimore and Annapolis. Host was good about responding. Kitchen, living room and bathrooms were clean. But...15 bags of smelly garbage inside the garage when we checked in. Issues with garage doors upon check in also. Host was quick to respond but the issues weren't able to be resolved for 2 days. In fact the garage door opener still wasn't working when we left, despite us being told it was fixed. We just gave up. A process server came banging on the door one evening looking for the host. If you like to cook, you'll want to bring all of your own pots, pans, dishes, etc.. Very little supplied. The place may sleep 12, but you won't be able to feed that many unless you bring dishes. Couch and bed in primary bedroom very uncomfortable. 2 bedrooms had carpet that is probably beyond anything a cleaning could fix. Holes in walls and ceilings, paint peeling all over the place. Hardwood and vinyl or tile in the rest of the place was in good shape. So, not particularly cozy, but generally clean, and a great location.

Summary: I grew up in Crofton and my family still lives there. This was the perfect size for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. It’s also central to places like Annapolis, Baltimore and DC. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. We will definitely consider this the next time we are in the area. We loved walking around the duck pond too. They were also very responsive when we had questions.

Summary: The unit was very nice. The location did seem to be safe. The only thing that I would suggest is the cable channels. I missed the NBA playoffs because I could not find TNT channel. Having familiar American channels would have made me very happy.

Summary: Pros 1. Most important, Very clean 2. Kitchen appears to be recently redone with new cabinets & appliances. Cons - Master bedroom bed basically on floor. We slept in another room because my wife couldn't get out of that bed. Could use a few more glasses and cups. Overall we were very pleased.
