Summary: Really enjoyed our stay here. Host was just a phone call away. Great property where we were able to pick some fresh citrus and dates. Our child really enjoyed seeing all the horses and making fresh lemonade. Our dog really enjoyed all the open space as well. Everyone had a great time!

Summary: Fantastic grounds. Excellent accommodations. The property managers were easily accessible. The house was clean, lovely little welcome basket with all comforts of home. If I could keep this our little secret, I would. Will return again.

Summary: The housing we stayed at is one of a few units located on a very nice Polo ranch property. We were greeted at the front gate by the Ranch Manager Dave. Dave and his wife Elizabeth highlighted all that was special about this place. He escorted us to our unit and made sure that we were comfortable. Upon settling in, he gave us a golf cart ride to show us the amenities of the property. I would imagine it's safe to say that we were the first family to stay at the unit. The unit had that fresh remodel/paint smell upon walking in. We had a couple of small issues with our trip, thus the 4 versus 5 stars. The description stated their were 3 king beds in the 3 bedrooms. This was not the case. Their was 1 King bed and the other 2 were smaller European Queen beds. The smart TV was not set up so we had to take a while upon our arrival to figure out with the owner how to set up the system. The property description also stated the ranch had a pool. We reached out to the owner in advance to confirm the pool was heated prior to booking. However, we were disappointed to find the pool to be in a renovation state upon arrival. The pool had recently been redone/resurfaced and the property manager told us that the heater would not be able to be turned on for several weeks. We had small children with us and despite the hot weather the water was way too cold for them or us adults to enjoy. When the heater is working this pool is great for families with small children as it has a large shelf area and a deeper plunge area. On the positive side, the kids really enjoyed looking at the horses, chickens and picking fresh citrus fruits from the property trees. The bbq hangout area was very nice and we enjoyed hanging out there for a meal and laying in the hammocks. The house we stayed in also had a fenced in yard which was very convenient for a family with small children. It also had a picnic table which was nice for outdoor dining. Overall, we had a wonderful time and look forward to returning with the additional renovation and additions coming to the property in the future. Thanks especially to Dave and Elizabeth for their attentiveness during our trip! experience
