This well appointed 2 bedroom apartment is located just off the Charlie Major Nature Trail & a short walk to the Skaneateles Brewery&Distillery. Convenient to The Sinclair, The Lodge and Frog Pond. This is a 2nd floor apartment with private entry at street level. One bedroom has a queen bed & the other has two full size beds. Enjoy a large great room, full kitchen, laundry room & full bath. Outdoor furniture & grill are provided in the shared back yard. 3 minutes to the center of Skaneateles!
Joseph and Bailey are available at all times and live locally.

Summary: Hi. It is a nice place in a nice location, but here are some things worth addressing. 1) need a bath mat for tub. It was very slippery. Also shower drain didn’t drain well. 2.) There were no remotes for bedroom tvs 3.) No lamps by bed side. I like to read in bed. 4) creamer was bad.

Summary: This is our third time staying at the property. We’ve stayed at both the apt and the house; we love them all. Great distance to downtown skaeneatles and close to our family. The kids love the area too. It’s quiet, comfortable and peaceful. We’ve been there for SU games, family functions and just trips to CNY. We can’t to get back.

Summary: Our stay in the Loft was perfect! It was exactly what we needed for our family to be together to celebrate with our daughter! Joe and Bailey were very attentive and responsive. The Loft was clean, comfortable and just as described! This was our first VRBO experience. They have set the bar very high!

Summary: It was conveniently located to Skaneatles, and my daughter in Marcellus…The grocery store was very close…and the family room space was great for our group..,a table for eating and board games ..Great space for just family…comfortable…it was our first time at this VRBO…I recommend✅ Good parking

Summary: We came up for the Boat Show and enjoyed our stay here very much. The ammenities were perfect for our long weekend. Welcome packet was clear and offered a lot of suggestions. The couch was comfy for movie watching at night. Note: the stairs to the entrance are very steep. Both me and my husband almost lost our balance going up and down them.
