Beautiful, fully furnished pool home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths which includes a large, private apartment to make it a 4/3, sleeping 8 persons when available. This attractive home is in a quiet Cutler Bay neighborhood with a private lake and 2 beaches, 6 new pickleball courts, and 2 new tennis courts, all lit for night play and in walking distance. It has all the furnishings needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and cook your meals and a separate dining area. Living room has 2 couches, 1 which reclines and large screen TV. Large pool/patio area is ideal for a barbeque (included) and an afternoon in the pool with family and friends and is well lit for evening enjoyment, also. The apartment has a separate entrance and a full kitchen, bedroom, and living room, great for friends or parents to stay in. Fenced yard, washer and dryer, 2 car garage and driveway for more cars. Room for boat or RV. Also, a covered children's playground in walking distance. Key Largo and Everglades National Park only 45 minutes away.

Summary: The property was exactly as advertised, we stayed for the winter and really enjoyed the house and the location in south Miami area. Very safe neighborhood that started to feel like home to us. Jon was very responsive before and during our stay and the house was very nicely equipped with everything we needed. We had zero issues in the three months we were there and hope to return in the future!

Summary: I was quite happy with my stay. The house was large, clean and had everything I needed. A couple problems when I first arrived were dealt with very quickly. Jon and Sophie were easy to contact and kept in communication before, during and after my stay. The house has a beautiful yard for any pets and a pool as well. Extra towels and bedding were provided. Garage to put my car in when needed. The only thing is that there may be a tenent in the lower apartment. This was made very clear to me from the beginning, with a phone call.
