Tenants live in the first floor apartment and we want all occupants to have peaceful living quarters. We do not expect you to walk on egg shells, but we do ask that you will be mindful of noise levels.
Come relax with your group in a historic Chicago 2-flat/duplex style apartment building! This is a second floor apartment with around 20 steps. You will have access to a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and available workspace. We can accommodate up to 6 guests. All bedrooms have blackout curtains installed. Guests will have access to WI-FI, outdoor balcony, fully stocked kitchen with Keurig, complimentary refreshments, dishwasher, utensils, and cookware. We offer early check in/late check based on availability.
We offer comfortable bedding and towels. No cheap and flimsy linens! We also take great pride in making sure the place is clean, tidy, and free of clutter. We also do not have ridiculous chore lists! Just read the reviews to see for yourself!
We are located on a quiet block with ample street parking. We are 20 minutes from Midway Airport and 45 minutes from O’Hare Airport. We are 15-20 minutes from downtown Chicago, Lake Michigan, Soldier Field, the museums, and the Magnificent Mile.

Summary: AC didn’t seem to work efficiently - unable to get place cooled down My son was concerned for the safety of his family and didn’t want to stay as the apartment was in a neighborhood with a high crime rate and a shooting had occurred not far from there.

Summary: This House was incredible!!! The pictures DIDNT give it Justice. It was very cute and homely!!! I stayed for the Fourth of July and it was perfect!!! Not to mention the balcony!!! I will definitely book again

Summary: Our family had a great trip in Chicago. The house is clean and provided with all things that I need. Enough spaces for 8 people. The host is so nice and responsive. Highly recommended.

Summary: Top floor duplex space. Parking literally right out front of the house at all times (we got back late daily.) Secure street. Quiet. 2 patios!!! 420 friendly patios. Decor was amazing. Beds couches table all comfortable. So much space. Kitchen has all the condiments left from previous guests you can imagine. Coffee snacks water bottles all complimentary. Plenty of spices and kitchen ware. Great host communication. Will absolutely stay next year for annual work trip. Thank you!
