Summary: This condo was exactly what my family needed for our vacation. The beds were comfortable, the condo was spacious and we enjoyed the screened in porch every morning. The ability to take a bath in the full size marble bath was just aa enjoyable as the very large, renovated shower! Truly a necessity after a long day at the beach. It was also beneficial to have a washer and dryer in the unit while having access to the Roku and TV subscriptions if we wanted to relax before heading out for something. I also have to say the communication was awesome! Philip checked in often before the trip and a few times during our trip. Check in was easy! I knew if I needed anything he would be easily accessible and willing to solve the issue. Thankfully there were no issues!

Summary: Plenty of room in the condo. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable furniture and bed. Lots of nearby parking. The only negative was that the pool was closed.

Summary: This property was very clean, spacious, and in a great location. Philip went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. When the pool on the property was closed, he gave us access to another nearby. The property was a little different than the pictures but was still nice.

Summary: The owner was very kind to fix for us a nice front garden with some furniture to enjoy our morning coffee and late drinks! The property is close to many stores and banks! We thank the owner for accommodating our vacation! The house had all the facilities to cook including all brand new appliances! We never had any problems with showering washing with plenty of white linen to change almost daily! We thank the owner for being a good and responsive host! We recommend the place to other people because of its space and vicinity to many amenities!
