Summary: Mark’s 1 bedroom ground floor condo is in an excellent location off Chandler with easy access to all amenities. The gated community is very nicely kept and the heated pool and jacuzzi are a wonderful addition to any day whether out and about or just enjoying a lazy day. Mark has equipped the unit well with everything needed. He was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any inquiry. Lovely patio to sit and enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. Would definitely use again.

Summary: We enjoyed our Condo from the minute we walked in, was clean and inviting. The owner was very nice and responded quickly if I had a question. This was my first visit but will not be my last. There was a few things like pots, silverware, that could be upgraded, but was not a deal breaker, just would have added to the Condo, but those were a couple minor things, loved the locationPaul/JoAnneCanada

Summary: My daughter and I came to Arizona to watch my nephew play baseball in a college tournament. We enjoyed the condo. It was clean and well kept. We did not use the pool or hot tub since we were there to watch baseball, but they looked amazing!! We will definitely stay there again if we are back to Arizona.
