Summary: Basic accommodation but served its purpose with our being out for most of the day/evening. The bathroom appeared to have been refurbished but the towel rail had become dislodged. The rooms are spacious if a little tired and the window frames were extremely dirty but otherwise the room was clean.

Summary: The room was not suitable but we were promptly swapped to a better room and the rest of our stay was great. I would suggest before staying in room 405 ensure the curtains have been replaced and the carpets aren't dusty. Host was friendly and accommodating. Due to the prompt swap and pverall value I would give it 5 stars.
