Positive: Very well appointed, attentive hosts, bright, great hot tub, appreciated the 11 am check out and the ease of check out (ie not having to deal with garbage etc)

Negative: People upstairs were loud and could hear water and toilet flushes right through the night.

Summary: Well appointed place, perfect for a small family.

Positive: The property was warm, comfortable & very well-equipped with high quality amenities (e.g. kitchen knives, pans, great kettle, lovely duvets) The welcome message on the white-board was a nice touch as were the snacks.

Negative: I'm so sorry to have to complain about anything, but there were hairs in the bath, the bathroom wall and the shower curtain - even a small clump of hairs on the shelf above the bath. There were also hairs in the hot tub and a few bits of debris at the bottom of it too. The property was beautiful and well maintained but the hairs, particularly in the bathroom, made us feel a bit icky! Worth mentioning to your cleaner to pay special attention to this. There was no cleaning spray for the kitchen and a few more mugs would have been welcome - not really important though, just mentioning.

Positive: It was so nice that our hosts, Phil and Vanessa, had snacks and breakfast food waiting for us when we arrived. The condo had been recently renovated and was cozy but modern with a well-equiped kitchen, large windows, great entertainment system, and a hot tub! The ski storage on the porch was a bonus and the location was perfect. Just a short walk up the street to our ski in to Snow Ghost and Ridge Rocket chairs. The village is about a 15 to 20 minute walk along a well lit pathway.

Negative: Nothing ... all was fantastic! We loved everything.

Summary: We had a great week of skiing and Bearcub Chalet exceeded our expecatations!
