Summary: Check in was quick, responses to needs we're efficient, enough towels for the pools and shower. The lifeguards were not friendly at all but we still had a blast at the hot springs and water slides.

Summary: The young man who did my check in was less than polite. I had requested a ground floor room but was on the upper level instead. He did not offer to see if there was something available on the ground floor. The hotel does not have an elevator and I have breathing issues. I had to navigate 20 outdoor steps to reach the second floor and my room. As for the room, it was neat and clean. The floors were clean, the beds nicely made. The fridge and microwave both worked fine. The shower was quite large and worked very well. There is a sign in the bathroom about hot water stating it takes time to heat the shower water so it has to be turned on to let run for at least 10 minutes. The warning was nice so I didn't step into a cold shower. The beds were another story. Both beds were much too soft! I like a very firm mattress, rather than one I can sink into.

Summary: This place is a hidden gem! Because it is not a very large resort the hot springs were never too crowded. The hotel accommodations were simple but very well maintained. The overall size and quality makes this a place everyone needs to visit when they come to Idaho.
