Summary: The room was clean. No daily housekeeping. The staff were pleasant and quiet helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. It was alacart and you have to pay per item. Over all this was the most relaxing vacation I've been on. Loved it!

Summary: The apartment itself was spacious, clean and fairly well maintained. Concierge and check in staff were helpful. The pool area was ok but thought the grounds could have been better maintained and some of the stairwells could do with an update. You need your room key to use the stairwells which is great for security though the one elevator that was working enables you to access all floors without a room key so security needs looking at here. The hotel runs a courtesy bus into downtown Key West which is very handy.

Summary: The property was clean all around. The pool was clean and not overcrowded. Unfortunately the bed was rough. It was very uncomfortable. They gave us feathered pillows and it felt like I was sinking into the back of the headboard of the bed. Not the best comfort.

Summary: Very happy with this stay. The location is perfect with shopping food coffee The hotel area and the room were so clean the staff were very friendly and gave us everything we needed it was very quiet until the morning Loved hearing the chicken arlam and the shuttle are very services.
