Nausica is the right choice for those who want to spend a holiday in complete privacy, sharing the spaces and the swimming pool only with their loved ones. Restyling in June 2021.
Our villa has always provided high standards of cleanliness, but now for the safety of our client we have further perfected our protocols by relying on professional staff. On Wednesday cleaning of the villa and change of towels and bed linen. At check-in, a deposit of €800 will be requested in cash.
The villa is built into the hillside, in order to ensure a magnificent view of the Mediterranean sea.
Inside, the style is modern, underlined by the minimalist furniture and the large windows that emphasize the sea view. On the ground floor there are the kitchen/dining room, a very large living room with sofas, the laundry room, a twin bedroom (opens only for groups of more than 8 people and upon payment of an extra), a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The magnificent staircase leads from the living room to the first floor, where there are 3 other double bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom), the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi under a large window set in the roof
The infinity pool (10m x 4m), will allow you to swim while enjoying the spectacular panorama in complete tranquility, you can relax by warming up under the Sicilian sun. The splendid terrace on the upper floor will lead you directly into the garden and to the bowling green, while the large veranda around the villa will allow you to satisfy your senses surrounded by nature (typical of the Ragusa area), full of olive and carob trees.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Villa Nausica a lot. The beautiful pool and the huge living room invite to relax. The basketball court and the ping-pong in the garage invite to do some team sports. The kitchen is well-equipped and the rooms were comfortable.

Summary: Roberta is an incredible host. Caring, responsive and goes above and beyond all expectations. The villa is gorgeous. Tasteful, spacious and comfortable. Beds are wonderful. The grounds are larger than pictured with an olive and carob tree grove on either side of the villa. The views spectacular and the infinity pool is clean and a good size. Excellent location between Ragusa and Modica. A top property!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The villa itself is beautifully presented, with wonderful views and excellent facilities. The owner is very personable and the cleaning staff are punctual and very good. The location is private, but easy drive to some beautiful places. The villa had everything we needed. It was fabulous. Two things to note: The villa was advertised as a 5 bedroom villa, but the 5th bedroom is only available if you book for more than 8 people. We were a party of 7 and thought the 5th bedroom would be included. However the agent told us this would cost more money (as we arrived) which was frustrating. The villa uses a huge amount of electricity. It is difficult to use the air conditioning and keep within the 350kwh limit per week, so be aware of potentially paying more for the electric.

Summary: We enjoyed every moment of our holiday at Villa Nausica. The villa is spacious and modern with fantastic panoramic views. We stayed as two families (4 adults and 5 children under 9) and the villa suited us perfectly. The kids loved the pool, basketball court and table tennis and we could relax whilst being able to watch them play. Roberta was really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved our stay and would happily recommend to anyone.

Summary: We had a wonderful week in the nice and beautiful villa in Marina di Ragusa. The pool was lovely, the room nice and the best place in the house was the large outdoor kitchen near the pool. The house suited us perfectly, two families with both small and big children. The hostcouple Roberta & Vito did their best to make our holiday great! We would love to come back to the villa.
