Summary: Nice little hotel next to the beach. A little old and needing some upgrades. The staff was nice and always available by text or phone. Nice breakfast provided. The only downside are the stairs you have to take to the rooms. Narrow space and if you are taking luggage up the stairs can be tricky and kinda scary. So if you aren’t comfortable taking stairs I would say skip or get a room in one of the lower floors. Unfortunately I was on the top floor. If I do stay there again definitely requesting a room on the second floor.

Summary: The Beachliner is perfectly located just up from you beach and walking distance to Asbury Park. Check-in instructions were clear and upon arrival we were warmly greeted. Our entire experience here was marvelous - room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was incredible and the staff elevated the experience even more!

Summary: Room was cozy and comfortable. Easy keypad code access. Lobby area was cozy and comfortable to warm us up in the chilly, snowy January air. Breakfasts were great wit hot and cold food, and always available coffee and tea. The Innkeeper Bernadette was warm and welcoming. We will definitely stay at Beachliner again.

Summary: Interesting place to stay. The staff was very friendly. The was no centralized heat so the only warmth was space heaters in the room. Otherwise it is a great location

Summary: Perfect location for an off season girlfriend’s getaway. The innkeeper Bernadette was an excellent communicator. The guest room was large and the bathroom had a large rain shower. If you have trouble with climbing stairs, choose a room on the 2nd floor.

Summary: The room was adequate, but do to the outside temperature with only a small space heater in the room I was unable to take a shower. But since I was only staying for one night the room was sufficient. It was close to the Venue where I was going and made it safer for me to NOT have to drive home late on New Years Eve.
