Positive: We had a lovely two-night stay at this cozy house in Hokitika. The location was perfect and just a short walk to the shops and local cafés. The property was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a great heating system which was essential in the chilly weather.

Summary: Overall, a great place to relax and explore the West Coast. We'd definitely stay here again!

Negative: As a family of 2 adults and 3 kids the property was amazing as it was sunny and lots of time outdoors. However, if it had been raining the lounge and dining area is very small and really on suit 4 adults comfortably. We had no issues as we were outside in the large yard

Negative: Nothing, everything was spectacular! The rooms can get a little too warm when the sun is out however it’s not a huge deal. We loved the house!

Summary: Highly recommend, such a beautiful spot close to the main part of town! Hosts were lovely!
