Positive: Peace and tranquility, sound of the ocean was all we heard. Outdoor area has so many options to relax and dine. Pool with a view was amazing

Positive: Absolutely stunning location for views and proximity to the beach. The style and layout of the property is a great mix of modern and Mediterranean feel.

Negative: The kitchen facilities need upgrading - refrigerator needed defrosting. Very basic utensils were lacking wooden spoon or spatula. No ice or even cold drinking water available on arrival. Bed linen could use upgrade. We lost power twice, most inconvenient was from 1am to 7am - host did not respond to calls or messages - very hot uncomfortable sleepless night. Out of hosts’ control, however there was no phone call to apologise at any point. Instead the host responded in defence with a text accusing me of breaching the ‘no children under 18’ policy - I had advised before our stay that I would be bringing by 24 year old high functioning autistic son who would spend much of his time working on his computer. I had happily agreed to his request to pay an additional $300 to bring him and paid immediately upon receipt of his invoice. No milk or sugar was provided as was advised there would be. A very old almost empty jar of consolidated instant coffee in pantry. I would still recommend this property based on the location and the style and layout of the property and in particular the peaceful location with fabulous views. Having my own luxury holiday rental I would certainly be addressing the issues we encountered especially being contactable when the power goes out. I would most certainly be calling the guest to apologise rather than falsely accusing me of breaching no child policy in defence!

Negative: Tried, can’t think of anything.
