Unit #1702, TOP FLOOR- 17th floor
*Please note, Emerald Isle will begin a comprehensive elevator modernization project to improve the safety and reliability of our building’s vertical transportation system. The project is scheduled to commence on Monday, August 11, 2025, and will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator for the duration of the work. The project is anticipated to last approximately 28 weeks (through Winter 2026). Noise will be minimized during quiet hours, however we are unaware of the levels during the day or when they will be at peak.

Summary: Property was beautifully decorated and clean, plenty of towels, kitchen was stocked with all the small appliances we needed, coffee pot, and keurig. The views are stunning! The beach was just steps away from the property, and complimentary umbrella and beach chairs were the perfect addition to our beach days. Lots of places to eat that’s within walking distance.

Summary: The weather was spot on no rain for a week water was warm enough to swim but the waves were big. Ha oh well. The views from the balcony were spectacular. First time staying at this property and will be back. Hats off to the maintenance of this building. Many accommodations in the area are not kept up with cleanliness. Our room was very well maintained.

Summary: First, Kaylin with Beach Bum rentals is amazing! We got there before or check in time and she stored our luggage, hooked us up with a golf cart and gave us a great lunch suggestion, while at lunch she texted and said our luggage has been taken to the condo. The condo was perfect, could not be any happier with our stay!
