The condo is located at Coral Beach Building one of the nicest beachfront condominiums in Isla Verde Avenue and by far the best location of all.

• Next door to the Intercontinental Hotel and the San Juan Hotel
• Strip mall with Mini Market, ATM and restaurants across the street

• To rent a car for a day there is 24 hour Charlie Car Rental across the street
* You will not want to stay anywhere else and then have to travel by car at night, even on small distances, because you end up in a condo in a small very quiet nearby street, or on the other very quiet side of Isla Verde (next to the Ritz and the Courtyard Marriott). Only the condos on Isla Verde Ave. that are near the Intercontinental and El San Juan Hotel are the ones you can truly walk to/from at any time of the day AND night, even with small children. This area of Isla Verde Ave has lots of light at night, security and tourists walking around at all times, yet our condo is very quiet, you will not hear any street noise.

Summary: Our room was accommodating. We just had to purchase wash cloths for bathing. Our balcony was on the side of the Tower 1 but we could still see the beach and sunrise.

Summary: The location is great, go down the elevators pass the pool and you’re at the beach. The host has beach chairs and a cooler available so you’re ready for your beach day! He’s super responsive. Close to restaurants, night life and there’s a pharmacy super close if you need to buy essentials. Uber rides are super easy to get.

Summary: (Sorry for the late entry) My husband and I have been going to Puerto Rico for 40 years to celebrate our anniversary in November. This year was 48 years! We have been staying in VRBOs for the last six years. Prior to VRBOs we always stayed at Embassy Suites or Water Beach Club. This was, by far, the nicest, cleanest, and most accommodating place we have rented in this area. We always stay in Isla Verde and we are super familiar with the area. Getting back to the place--it was very comfortable, clean, not a lot of knick-knack dust collecting junk.The washer and dryer made is very convenient for washing towels and the sheets We were there nearly 3 weeks, so we did some local convenience shopping for paper products and snacks to keep in the condo, because there wasn't a sufficient amount of paper products for 3 weeks, but we did not mind. The condo has a great view and the balcony is perfect for two. It was very quiet. The pool was always clean, but you cannot relocate the loungers because they are wired to specific areas, but it still worked for us. You can enter the beach from the property and walk down to a couple of bars on the beachfront. We just loved Torres's. And you have to have a few drinks on the roof of the Water Beach Club!The convenience of this condo, and the walkability is superb! You can also Uber anywhere. We took an Uber to Old San Juan for a day and also to the Condado area. In any case, our stay was amazing, the host was awesome, and we will be back!

Summary: The condo is located in a nice area of Isla Verde. It had an amazing view and was well equipped. The beach chairs, towels and cooler were greatly appreciated as we could spend the day at the beach comfortably. I'd definitely stay here again.

Summary: Property was in perfect location for beachfront stay. Great location to walk to cvs or mini mart for groceries and liquor. Next door is Ruth Chris Steakhouse with Happy Hour from 5 to 7 with the best shrimp appetizer ever. Internet went down while there and owner was very responsive on the issue. Plenty of towels provided. Cooler and beach chairs available in room. Also in room washer and dryer was very handy. Some street noise. Mostly people throwing garbage away in the dumpsters outside and lid shutting hard. Overall experience was great and would choose this place again!

Summary: Me and my boyfriend stayed at Antonio’s condo and it was great! Host was very helpful and communicative helped us with everything we needed and answered all our questions. The room is super cute and quant. Comfy bed and nice view from the balcony had towels and beach chairs. Condominium is right on the beach and so many restaurants are with in a 10 minute walk. Guards at the gate 24/7 easy to come in and out with our wrist bands. Only down side was the pool wasn’t heated and was pretty cold. Recommend staying here for 2 people
